🚩 陳儀興尚潮樓一直都好鍾意食潮州菜,平時都會約埋啲朋友一齊去打冷~🤤竟然比我搵到一間潮州菜有生醃蟹食,去旅行就話唔敢食驚肚痛,依家嚟到我主場梗係試下啦❣️一入門口已經勁香滷水味,同我阿媽對望左一眼,大家都feel到依間滷水一定好好食〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️🌈魚露浸花甲 $198花甲隻隻都好大隻,一開始以為魚露浸花甲會有浸怪味,但點知食落超級好食,調味啱啱好,唔會鹹又唔會淡😆不過略嫌有幾隻會有沙,不過整體都唔錯🌈生醃膏蟹 $568比我想像中大隻,而且超級多膏~同韓國嗰隻醬油蟹唔同,聽人講醬油蟹一定要送飯食,不過依款潮州生醃蟹就算空口食都好和味,食得出蟹嘅鮮甜~配搭左大量嘅蒜頭芫荽辣椒,香而不辣🤤佢嘅蟹肉好似啫喱咁,一吸就出晒嚟,仲配埋佢哋得調嘅醋,鮮上加鮮,依次嘅生蟹初體驗好滿意😆🌈鵝三寶 $298一入門口已經聞到好香滷水味,點會唔食滷水鵝~鵝三寶就乜都有!先講佢嘅滷水汁,香而不咸,唔會得個死咸冇晒香味🤤豆腐亦都吸滿晒汁,精華所在~鵝腸亦都處理得好乾淨唔會有肥膏,夠晒爽口!鵝肉有驚喜,佢嘅皮下脂肪唔厚,薄薄嘅鵝皮下面就已經係肉,肉質唔柴~鵝肝梗係趁後生食多幾塊,口感棉密,配搭埋佢哋
