To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時候吃得飯多,好鍾意食魚湯米線一沒有胃口或者生病了,就必叫而且清清淡淡又健康加上我特別喜歡新鮮魚肉做的魚蛋我每次都一定要五福臨門因為有多款魚蛋製的產品魚片頭、魚片、魚蛋、貢丸、魚餃和腐皮魚米嘅魚蛋產品是很好食的今日終於喺餐廳食原來好食好多平時叫外賣米線已經淋曬米線仲弄到煙韌,好有咬口魚湯好濃,其實都係睇彩數,有時好淡今次還叫了新叫的豬軟骨本身以為好硬,原來軟骨嘅部分炇得好淋而且很重醬油味,值得一試!今次個椒鹽多春魚好似炸得乾左少少不過我每次都食,因為佢真係好脆口又多至於個跟餐加糖水,就失手了木瓜雪耳糖水之前是食的是凍的現在吃的是少暖的,但又不是熱加上木瓜少酸所以唔好食
