To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 好耐冇食車仔麵,車仔麵之中我最愛就係永年。之前食過元朗總店,今次試吓銅鑼灣分店。雖然已經差唔多三點,都係全店滿座要等一陣位。呢位係比較窄好迫。嗌咗個南乳豬手撈麵,撈麵會跟個湯仔。南乳豬手,非常入味,軟硬適中,充滿着膠原蛋白,食完真係好滿足。佢嘅撈麵係彈牙乾身又塑汁蝦子都係黐滿喺啲面度嘅。如果覺得啲面乾咗少少可以用佢跟住嘅湯濕少少就冇問題。食咗咁多間佢嘅撈麵係冇鹼水味,我覺得係最好食,而且係冇奇怪嘅味道非常欣賞極度推介。另外嗌咗三餸車仔麵中辣有酸齋、魚蛋同埋豬腸,再加個凍檸茶。酸齋係充滿着甜酸汁好滑捋捋一啲都唔韌魚蛋就係陳皮魚蛋好味道而佢嘅豬腸相信係大家捧嘅都知道必定要嗌一啲臭味都冇,仲要非常入味,遠遠滑滑,但又保持到有咬口,又係極度推介。
