嘗過幾家貴價中菜餐廳,如新榮記、龍景軒、潮廳、32公館.....,好洒好蔡卻是我最喜歡的。是日朋友生日,我們一行12 人book了房間晚膳。能成為我的至愛,因為每一道菜式都很有驚喜,絕對刺激到我的味覺。當中招牌菜脆皮婆蔘,天啊,怎樣做到這種多超脆、內超軟的婆蔘,太好吃了!另外也是招牌的花膠撈飯,吃下去,仿佛臉上馬上滋潤了,那種黏黏滑滑的花膠口感,一試難忘,不過吃完一碗會飽到動不了。非常、非常、非常欣賞甜品開心果官燕(本來是牛油果,經友人推薦改成開心果),極濃的開心果香氣充斥著我的味蕾,大愛!下一次我一定要試這裡的酸辣翅,也是吃貨友人大力推的~~
