To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港好食嘅小店愈來愈少好咪嘅上海舖更加係難搵而中環哩間上海弄堂係我好喜歡又間中會嚟食嘅餐廳最喜歡佢哋嘅餛飩👍🏻❤️午餐好抵食有餸、主食、飲品 加$18仲酸辣湯/菜🔸鎮江肴肉（$98）幾彈牙唔會一咬就散，食到火腿嘅香，沾醋食好可口醒胃。🔸醉雞菜飯餐（$69）跟凍豆漿酒味夠香、雞皮爽口、肉厚而有咬口、有雞味！菜飯正常、唔油。豆漿清甜有豆香。🔸細酸辣湯麵🍜（+$18）豆腐、木耳、肉絲、荀、蛋花都切精緻幼細，足料！酸辣度適中，飲落舒服的。🔸薺菜餛飩（$68）跟凍豆漿我最愛❤️！真係皮滑餡香！菜好鮮爽、又有豬肉香，簡簡單單但材料新鮮，好好味😋！有8大粒，女仔食夠哂飽。
