To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我最鐘意既米線，莫過於係雲桂香啦呢個大家一定有食過。沙田分店既門面以前成日都食小鍋米線， 但最近發現佢既雞湯米線原來都好好食雖然係清湯口味，但超級重雞湯味，飲起佢d湯時，好似飲緊雞湯咁， 而且過橋雞湯米線係份量超大，岩晒遇着好肚餓嘅人士😂。 因為太大碗啦，店員會幫你整埋，圆請唔使落手去整。
