To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

除咗天婦羅烏冬外，其他食物算是有水準的，加上侍應服務態度良好，確實可以再次幫襯。當天我在12:14㩒票攞位，由於票上清楚寫明（如下）會用電話訊息通知，我便在附近店舖閒逛，請留在電話接收良好的地方。當尚有10輪候號碼即到閣下取得之票號時,系統(3103-5314) 會發提示致你所輸入的電話號碼。如叫號逾時超過10分鐘,請重新登記。等候座位的顧客, 人數需過半數方可入座。不便之處,敬請原諒。請保持您的手機處於良好狀態。您將通過您註冊的手機號碼收到來自 3103-5314由於我在13:00仍未接到訊息通知，我便再到千両向店員查詢，但回覆我是已早在12:30通知我了，但為何我沒有收到訊息呢？前檯職員說系統可能出現問題，她很努力為我安排，最後我可以如願品嘗到美味食物。
