行銅鑼灣,發覺開好多樓上酒樓食市,見到一間尚文潮洲菜,朋友都話想試試樓上鋪,裝修簡潔,光猛,枱與枱之間唔會好迫,坐落好舒服,好高檔,而且唔似其他酒樓咁好嘈☺️先嚟一盤功夫茶開開胃先😀叫3款精美點心,朋友話食潮洲菜要食凍魚先比較正宗🤭服務員又推介一款特色菜,勇哥傳統炒蠔爽☺️潮州粉果,比一般酒樓細,但味道就比其他酒樓好食多,皮薄料足,好香芫荽花生味,好正😊糯米卷,好耐都冇食過,好少酒樓做,好精緻,糯米軟熟,重點係面層面包唔會厚,真正食到糯米嘅香😋芋絲炸春卷,炸好脆,芋頭香又粉,好食🤤 服務員話佢地點心都係師傅即場做,好有心思👍凍魚嚟🤭本來想試烏頭魚,服務員介紹今日條馬友好大條好新鮮,要唔要試試,就要一塊試試好白好滑好鮮美,帶點油香,點潮州豆漿另魚提升鮮美,而且啖啖肉,唔洗擔心有骨,我就唔太喜歡食魚,但真心今日俚舊馬友真係好食😋勇哥傳統炒蠔爽,真係第一次食,好特別喔😍蠔仔都好大隻下,加入菜脯冬菇粒炒,用生菜包住嚟食,好似食生菜包,蠔仔實在好肥美🦪,用生菜包住食,可以減輕肥膩感,這道菜式真係好特別,值得一試。食飽再嚟一盤功夫茶,茶味特別濃,又可以幫助消化。

糯米卷,好耐都冇食過,好少酒樓做,好精緻,糯米軟熟,重點係面層面包唔會厚,真正食到糯米嘅香😋
