為慶祝朋友攞第一,一於去食好野,我哋揀咗灣仔既「尚文潮州菜」,貪佢交通方便,而我哋又想食下潮州菜。服務員態度非常好,經常走過嚟幫我哋斟茶、換碟。經理又會問吓我哋啲菜好唔好食,真係好貼心嘅服務呀。而且坐低左一陣已經座無虛席。佢仲提供4間房,最低消費視乎房間大小由五千至一萬。功夫茶一坐下來侍應做送上熱乎乎的功夫茶,味道似特濃的香片。招牌紅燒翅 $420好足料,每一啖都係滿滿的翅,味道特濃,完全非常十分之滿足😌,食到舔舔脷,值!碧綠川椒雞球 $168雞肉的調味偏淡,但雞肉好滑,最驚喜係個伴菜,炸得好透,好似食緊紫菜的口感,超正👍🏻蠔皇原隻鮑魚(三頭一隻)$338蠔皇汁香味四溢,鮑魚淋滑可口又帶有香濃的蠔皇汁,冬菇嫩滑,西蘭花🥦新鮮海參 $150平時食過既海參都係爽口的,但今次食既海參係漿口的,查詢經理,他說是因為炆煮過,才有這個口感,真係好考功夫啊!滷水鵝片(鵝肝兩片、鵝腸)$350知道滷水鵝片係招牌菜,點會唔試吓,鵝片不肥,味道適中,我覺得沾醬會好食啲。鵝肝唔會覺得肥膩,口感順暢綿密,因為是慢煮才有這種口感。鵝腸爽脆,非常驚喜。福果綠豆爽食完濃味餸菜後,吃個清甜綠豆爽,滋潤養顏,為這頓晚餐畫上完美句號。 continue reading

先講結論,侍應服務殷勤有禮,勝過不少酒店,可惜菜式味道跟不上服務水平鹵水鵝拼鵝肝:鹵水略帶回甘,不會過咸中上水平,鵝肉略乾,反而驚喜是墊底的豆腐,嫩滑有豆香,鵝肝都夠嫩油潤,以為今餐開個好頭,但原來係高開低走椒鹽白飯魚:炸得香脆,椒鹽略淡沙茶牛肉炒芥蘭:芥蘭爽脆,但沙茶味偏淡,香氣欠奉,而且敗筆係非常之油,成個碟底都有一層厚厚嘅油檸檬燉鴨湯:鴨香欠奉,睇番啲湯渣鴨嘅份量其實唔多,大部份都係豬瘦肉,相比之下其姊妹店嘅燉鴨湯就出色好多骨香大英鯧:分兩食,炸魚骨同炒球,魚骨炸得酥脆,都合格,炒球嘅豉油太甜,唔夠惹味,最令人失望嘅係魚肉,貌似不太新鮮,肉質鬆散,魚味油香欠奉,而且炒得略過火,肉質偏鞋,全餐最貴呢道菜,但係亦都係令人最失望嘅潮式四喜魚標:如部份食評所言,口感就像酒樓點心吃到的魚肚差不多,魷魚乾韌欠鮮味,蝦仁亦一般,相當普通的一道菜色值得一讚的是服務水平,侍應殷勤有禮,不會硬銷貴價菜式,會就菜式份量提供合適意見,斟茶換碟亦勤快,絕對係酒店級奈何菜式水平着實一般,也許店家主打的是高檔菜式吧,如果只吃普通小菜的話,就不要有太高期望 continue reading

喺灣仔區想食優質潮州菜,「尚文潮州菜✨」絕對係好好嘅選擇,餐廳提供高級潮州菜式,好多名人都光顧,菜館位於灣仔地鐵站附近,位置十分方便,餐廳提供各式各樣嘅潮州菜,包括滷水鵝片、煎蠔餅、蠔仔粥、凍蟹等等潮州菜經典美食,款式十分齊全,味道夠正宗,仲有各樣點心。「潮式蝦餃王🦐」皮薄餡靚,蝦味十足!🥟「尚文燒賣王」每一粒都飽滿,同樣充滿蝦肉,口感豐富!🥢「潮州粉果」薄皮包住鮮美餡料,沾埋潮州辣油,好味😍「潮州糯米卷」香軟可口,糯米夠軟夠香。🍽️「傳統韭菜盒」外皮夠脆,香氣四溢🌿「滷水鵝肉、鵝腸、鵝肝」鵝肉嫩滑,鵝腸乾淨冇肥膏夠爽口,鵝肝又香又濃,每樣都係潮州經典,味道一流🍗「沙茶牛肉芥蘭」牛肉嫩滑,沙茶醬香濃,配上芥蘭,完美🥩「尚文潮州菜」非常高質素,無論係食物質素、環境定服務,都好有水準👍🏻 continue reading

尚文潮州在灣仔開業多時, 老闆是西營盤尚興的後人, 大哥尚盛選址萬宜大厦做老主顧生意, 細佬尚文開在灣.仔盧押道. 各有各的客路.今在尚文午飯, 看看廚房的功力, 結果...平心而論, 非常一般. 先來一壺老闆私伙的單叢茶, 喝著喝著與ー般普洱無異. 鹵水本是潮菜的靈魂, 可惜它的鹵水鵝肉全冇特式, 一字言之 ”鹹”, 没有鹵水的甘香, 鹅腸清潔得像一片薄薄的長螺片, 淡然冇味, 相比街邊的潮州小店還不如. 完全是敗筆之作點心還算可以, 潮州炒麵線, 煎蠔烙尚算合格. 倒是那椒鹽九肚魚炸得酥脆可口, 不油不膩, 是全餐較有代表.相對大哥的尚盛店出品差距甚遠, 尚文的團隊還是要加把勁了. continue reading
