To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前開始已經一直係我心水的中菜館生日月的飯局當然少不了畀訂枱時間早了半小時到達點了簡單的香片茶 茶味香醇今天兩個人 我點了喜歡的菜式 凍鮑魚 酥炸素卷 竹笙鼎湖上素和乾扁粉絲龍蝦煲每次都會食凍鮑魚 鮑魚軟硬適中 連伴菜的海蜇和酸薑絲也十分好味酥炸素卷 裏面的蔬菜超過六種 吃起來脆脆的 十分香口竹笙鼎湖上素 裏面有多種素菜包括竹笙 黃耳 冬菇 草菇等等 味道適中摯愛的乾扁粉絲龍蝦煲 粉絲乾身 龍蝦清甜 彈牙 雖然肚子已經很滿足 最後也加了喜愛的蛋白杏仁茶 為這頓飯或上了完美的句號題外話星期一至五匯豐信用卡有九折

摯愛的乾扁粉絲龍蝦煲 粉絲乾身 龍蝦清甜 彈牙

雖然肚子已經很滿足 最後也加了喜愛的蛋白杏仁茶
