Antipasti有兩樣可選,是日餐湯同自助頭盤二揀一,我倆同樣要自助頭盤,但同Sunday Brunch的不一樣,後者較多花款之外,兼且無限任吃,如果在平日午餐上的自助頭盤,沒有一些冷凍海鮮之外,亦只能夠去拿一次.說得明白一點,即是昔日Pizza Hut的自助沙律吧的玩法.雖然不及周日的多花款,但一樣不少選擇.有沙律,Parma Ham,芝士等等.身處在高級酒店的西餐廳,自然要顧及禮儀,斷不會好像學生時代,同朋友仔在Pizza Hut的沙律吧面前,來個沙律鬥高比賽?

每樣也拿一點,有青紅椒,風乾火腿,水牛芝士,蛋卷,番茄乾,雜菌,雅支竹等等,份量恰好,吃得十分開胃.個人吃Parma Ham,不一定要連哈蜜瓜吃,皆因我不大喜歡哈蜜瓜.

Pasta有七款可選,小弟要個Spaghetti,內容是Calamari,Prawns,Black Olives,Capers and Tomato sauce.用料新鮮,蝦肉爽甜有鮮味,墨魚肉同樣地彈牙,意粉同酸甜有度茄汁相襯,每一條也咬落感到Al dente.E小姐的是自家製的意大利雲吞,雲吞內釀著水牛芝士同蛋,配上香草番茄汁.我很喜愛Ravioli的外皮,吃落很煙齦,帶點麵香.E小姐更說是吃過的最好Ravioli之一.

吃罷Pasta,便到Secondi Piatti,同樣有七款選擇,雞,羊扒,燒三文魚扒太過普通,魚湯一早比法國的海龍皇寵壞.黑鱈魚又沒有大興趣,剩下兩味,是焗羊膝同Beef short ribs.就是我倆的選擇.E小姐說,早前某飲食雜誌,曾經介紹過Sabatini的羊膝,但不知是午市抑或晚市.

深信高級餐廳午市同晚市水準,不會相差太遠.而焗羊膝是用慢焗數小時的做法,由早焗到中午.所以肉質特別軟稔,肥膏位極為豐香,羊肉帶有羊肉應有的騷味.這是最可喜的事情,最後用手拿住羊骨頭,啜得津津有味.羊膝下的薯茸,香滑可口.而小弟的Beef short ribs in mushroom sauce,Short ribs的肉質較為軟熟,這道菜不是用燒的做法,又是用慢煮做法,質感軟稔到沒有牙也能入口.肉味濃郁.很夾伴碟的惹味磨菇汁,同樣地,薯茸又是好吃.E小吃顧著吃羊膝,薯茸再吃不下,於是小弟一個人,吃兩份薯茸.

主菜之後,稍為緩衝一下,接下來還有甜品作結尾,午市serve甜品是流動推車仔形式,同酒樓的點心車原理一樣.相信如果班甜魔成員來到,一定將部車洗劫一空,同頭盤一樣,只能有take one,一人一件,沒多沒少.年前吃過的Tiramisu很有水準,今次故劍重逢,口感帶點濕潤,有朱古力的苦之外,不經意散發出一陣酒香.E小姐要"聖安娜",我沒有吃過,還打趣說是否聖安娜餅店的出品?

兩個多小時的午餐,在餐廳本身的高雅氣氛之下(係有點點嘈),我倆吃得逍遙自在,無論頭盤,意粉,主菜同甜品也很出色.一頓豐盛的午飯,實在是平日忙碌生活的一大緩衝.
