To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前農曆生日要返工,所以約咗我個住家男人陪我到我office附近的牛角午餐,我個住家男人份正職係四圍走,好在當日係學生復活節假期,佢只係做完朝早間學校趕來陪我午餐其實我每次去牛角必定叫$109的餐,因為有紫菜飯,還有好多種肉,一定食到飽飽才可以走其實呢度的食物好與壞好視乎自己的技術~~~住家男人叫咗果個餐的沙律勁正~~~見到佢個餐我都覺得好飽@.@當日我乘機用會員電子券扣錢,因為我好少到牛角可以食夠$200~~~

Other Info. : 牛角的menu久不久就轉,兩年前的$109餐包雪糕,依家要俾$12才可以食,感覺冇咁抵,但不得否認係午餐menu可以星期六、日午餐都用得感覺係抵d,諗起兩年前在九龍灣的牛角午餐,第一次幫襯的我跟好友食咗大概三百蚊埋單,搞到佢成日投訴我帶佢食得貴而不飽>.<
