一個人的午餐,又想吃精緻又豐盛點,我多選擇日式鐵板燒,「Hungry Monkey」也是蠻不錯。蕃茄沙律~涼浸浸的蕃茄蘸少許廚師特製醬汁吃,美味就是這麼的簡單。桃味梳打~入口清爽又感受到微甜桃子的香氣,實屬較健康飲品。蟹肉忌廉薯餅~外層香酥脆口,餡料配以蟹肉和忌廉,軟滑細膩,口感極佳。伊比利亞豬~是原產於伊比利半島的傳統品種,黑毛豬從小野外放養,吃橡果長大,因此肉質有著幽幽的橡果香味,且鮮嫩濃郁,令我十分回味!松葉蟹肉海膽炒飯~我安座吧檯,一邊享受著美味黑毛豬肉,一邊欣賞著女廚師為我炒飯,祇見她手勢純熟,動作快捷俐落,一客香噴噴松葉蟹肉海膽炒飯,很快展我現眼前,松葉蟹肉味道鮮甜,海膽甘香、香脆鬆化的香蒜蓉再配合飯香與蛋香,我慢慢地享多層次美味,感受著口腔裏的香氣四溢!椰子雪葩~口感似雪糕,比雪糕健康、清爽香滑。等待雪葩略回温的時候,我有感而發在雪葩上用筷子寫上「好味」!
