To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時去開銅鑼灣諗唔到食咩，就會去sogo隔離嘅金百利廣場，地點方便，又有好多唔同種類嘅餐廳，而呢間築地應該去得最多💛食物選擇多，從拉麵、壽司、串燒、到石鍋飯都有，仲有素食menu！之前食過佢嘅二人套餐好扺食好大份，今次試下單點小食先，玉子燒有蛋香，內裡仲有流心芝士好邪惡。串燒就試左鹽燒雞翼同牛舌，幾有和風嘅味道。主食方面，試左牛仔骨泡菜石鍋飯，真心勁大份，撈埋韓式醬，食落好惹味❤️‍🔥雖然食物唔算好驚豔，但性價比高，而且食物選擇多，下次嚟應該會食番佢個二人套餐，因為飲品甜品更豐富！
