話說食力組組員其中一位係”好酒”女子,今餐由佢帶我去呢度威威未入座,見到呢個清酒任飲宣傳照: 男士$168/3小時清酒任飲,女士只需$98/3小時清酒任飲,寫住超過35款日本酒任飲。抵喎!侍應介紹返係呢個雪柜入面嘅日本酒限時內可以自由斟,自由飲。款式確係唔少。鍾意邊支就斟邊支,見到”花邑”個名咁靚,就小試一回。超易入口,悶熱天氣飲凍清酒,爽呀。見到餐牌介紹呢個”二人前會席料理” ($880),由沙律,壽司,刺身,燒物,炸物,主食至甜品都有,只需每項再選喜愛食材就搞掂。飲啖清酒,就由蟹肉蟹籽沙律打開今餐序幕。份量幾對眼,蟹籽與青瓜絲”賦予”佢嘅爽脆度,加埋香滑沙律醬,穩陣之選。壽司任選八件,每款最多兩件,易搞啦,咁就選四款大家都鍾意食嘅。就赤貝,蜜柑鯛,金目鯛及松葉蟹肉。精緻手握壽司,係赤醋飯,金目鯛肉身軟綿,一口一件岩岩好。另一款松葉蟹肉趁紫菜變腍前都要趕快享用,一絲絲嘅蟹肉舖滿飯上,食到鮮甜味。刺身類五款,每款2片,種類都偏向大路岩食之選。今晚之選係煙燻鯖魚,赤蝦,油甘魚,帆立貝,赤身。比較特別係煙燻鯖魚,入口確實食到煙燻味,無需點醬油都夠味道。其他刺身都算厚切,呢舊帆立貝入口軟綿綿

趁熱唧上少少檸檬汁就開動,個人推介厚燒牛舌芯。好香牛舌味,厚切入口相當有滿足感,又食到少少黑椒味,惹味惹味。而牛肉串入口有些少爆汁,肉味係有嘅。
