♥️餐廳今日生蠔沽清,改了帆立貝刺身,非常厚身,鮮甜,咬落有口感,是我非常喜歡的一款刺身

熱辣辣嘅蒸水蛋配上墨魚汁,令到味道更加出眾,雞蛋蒸到非常滑,廚師水準一流水蛋嘅時間蒸到剛剛好,一放入口就已經滑落喉嚨了

今次朋友聚會去咗銅鑼灣嘅昼月,因為呢間居酒屋有清酒任飲,只需要$88就可以飲足三個鐘!呢度環境好有日本嘅感覺,寧靜寬敞。食物種類好多,有壽喜燒、刺身、壽司、套餐。我同朋友主要都係想飲吓清酒,所以只係叫咗一個壽喜燒同埋一堆串燒。店員仲話呢度有時會有現場表演添。清酒嘅選擇都好多㗎,我哋試咗呢幾款,都好清爽同串燒好夾。雖然呢度係自助形式拎清酒,主動問店員佢哋都會介紹吓有咩好飲。串燒方面,佢哋燒得好香㗎,肉類都多肉汁。我最鍾意係大蝦,但大隻又多汁彈牙。另外免治雞棒點上新鮮嘅蛋漿好好味。壽喜燒當然係煲住咁樣上啦,和牛嘅肉質肥美多油脂,壽喜燒汁再加埋蛋漿當然係絕配。最後食完啲肉就食返菜解一解膩。豆腐超級滑呢!

壽喜燒當然係煲住咁樣上啦,和牛嘅肉質肥美多油脂,壽喜燒汁再加埋蛋漿當然係絕配。最後食完啲肉就食返菜解一解膩。豆腐超級滑呢!

朋友似乎心情麻麻,相約食飯飲嘢吹水,我樂意奉陪。地方佢揀,估佢唔到竟然去食日本嘢,大飲清酒。Daymoon 我知道,逢星期三、四都有清酒任飲,$88,酒水質素仲要唔錯,選擇頗多,十分抵玩。吃什麼就費事傷腦筋,叫個松葉蟹和牛鍋套餐就好。一開波先來松葉蟹及刺身,池魚、金雕、帆立貝,其中主角的松葉蟹最鮮甜。接著來吃些松葉蟹沙律,同埋醬瓜等漬物作熱身,準備要入戲玉。春卷粗身,餡料係大大枝蟹棒,自然吃得滿足。萬料不及套餐既丼飯係咁大碗,米飯被帆立貝、日本海膽、三文魚籽及松葉蟹蟹肉完全覆蓋,食力有限既我唯有主攻各式食材,真的吞不下全碗丼飯了。因為,接著來還有松葉蟹甲羅燒,自行打隻生鵪鶉蛋去拌勻,邪惡佐美味。飽了一大截,壽喜燒鍋終於出場,都是鋪滿了各式菜蔬、菇菌及豆腐等,感覺好健康。甜甜的壽喜燒湯汁好合我口胃,因此索味的菜蔬我都吃了不少。跟的兩款肉都係好東西,和牛及日本豬梅片,由於屬薄身,輕輕拖兩下即可,真心軟嫩好吃,尤其是日本和牛。甜品都無揸流灘,唔係一粒蕨餅就算,而是雪糕配窩夫,甜胃滿足了。

星期六和老best到銅鑼灣吃假日午市主食放題。昼月假日午市主食放題內容挺豐富,兩小時可以無限任食刺身、炸物、一品料理、壽喜燒及丼飯。前菜前菜是每人一份日式沙律及磯燒鮑魚刺身拼盤,磯燒鮑魚非常入味,口感煙韌爽彈。刺身有好幾種,包括三文魚、赤蝦 、時令貝類及油甘魚;三文魚肥美;赤蝦甘甜;扇貝晶瑩軟滑;油甘魚肉厚細緻。炸物有唐揚雞件、雞皮餃子 、日式吉列蠔及芝士薯條;在多款炸物中,我最愛日式吉列蠔,入口巨香脆,而且蠔味挺濃郁;芝士薯條同樣是心水推介,送上來時剛起,蘸上芝士醬,賊好吃。一品料理燒鯖魚、燒雞翼串及燒虎蝦;虎蝦大大隻,蝦肉爽口彈牙;燒雞翼外脆內嫩,肉汁豐富。另外還有壽喜燒野菜鍋 、安格斯牛肉火鍋片、日本豚肉火鍋片,亦可+$88 upgrade A4和牛片火鍋片(每100g)。丼飯共有四款,包括海之幸丼、迷你生薑豚肉丼、迷你吉列蝦丼及迷你和風牛肉丼。由於吃得有點飽,我只點了海之幸丼來吃,海膽巨鮮甜,入口既化,飯內還有多款魚我刺身粒粒,口感巨豐富。
