To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過幾次銅鑼灣廣場,見到呢間開咗一段時間嘅餐廳,今日終於抽到時間去試一試。我叫咗蕃茄焗意粉、三條春卷、熱茶走,落完單冇耐就上咗杯茶走,我飲咗兩啖就放低咗慢慢等。大概等咗30分鐘左右我終於頂唔順同其中一位工作人員講我等咗好耐。過多一段時間後有位工作人員放低一張新嘅單,同我講春卷賣晒,但我只係想知嘅係幾時有得食。再過多一段時間焗意粉終於上,但我已經冇晒一開始好想食嘅慾望,味道還好嘅,但係已經冇晒印象分。我諗焗意粉係需要耐啲嘅時間,但係去到40分鐘真係好少見,算啦我唔會再食當我唔好彩。
