To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我至愛的酸辣粉

中午1:30，渝酸辣粉是滿座的狀態，為了吃到至愛的渝酸辣粉，我等了10分鐘。坐下來點了重慶酸辣粉套餐，套餐除了有碗可自選辣度的酸辣粉外，還有有三款小吃包括拍青瓜、辣豬皮、蒜香雲耳、一碟口水鷄和甜品桂花冰粉。一個女子吃這個套餐是吃不完的，三小吃和口水鷄份量也很多呢！渝的酸辣粉出色在其湯底，吃得出不是坊間的酸辣味精粉，是以各種香料和醋煮出來的，而薯粉口感亦剛剛好，很Q彈，連著肉碎、炸菜絲、花生一起吃，實在一解我對酸辣粉的掛念。而三款小吃就有點偏鹹，口水鷄不錯，可以再辣一點（我太愛辣了！）吃完辣辣東西，吃碗甜品桂花冰粉，舌頭馬上涼浸浸。最後加了杯青瓜豆漿，是每次來必飲的透心涼飲料。
