Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (Kiu Kwan Mansion)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初二和家人去了三德食齋菜。由於是吃午餐,先嘗了幾道點心,包括燒賣、腸粉和飽,質素普通。太太選了一道我喜歡吃的菜--蟲草花蛋白素翅。蛋白非常嫩滑,能夠媲美上海菜館吃到的賽螃蟹,加上素火腿和素翅與及蟲草花,味道配合得天衣無縫,而且口感豐富、賣相好看,值得推薦!三色椒磨菇魚豆腐本身選呢個餸係因為覺得比較健康,點知上枱嘅時候就發現比較油膩。荷葉飯就是把米飯放在迷你的蒸籠裡,以荷葉包裹,讓米飯充份吸收荷葉的香味,加上芋頭粒和素肉,所以一點也不油膩,感覺十分健康,不過整體而言,口味偏向清淡,唔夠香。乾燒伊麵小朋友最鍾意食伊麵,而呢度都煑得算OK。整體而言質素只屬普通,不過以午餐價錢來説就偏貴,四人埋單要500元。
