To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

先講上菜嘅問題😅嗌咗鮮蝦炒金邊粉、冬陰功海鮮部隊鍋、鐵板蠔餅同埋椰汁冰。10分鐘上咗個椰汁冰，唔錯，點知我成杯嘢飲晒再等多半個鐘先至上金邊粉，之後再等20分鐘終於有冬陰功鍋同蠔餅。鮮蝦炒金邊粉 4/10食緊what.. 得三隻蝦 然後完全冇鑊氣or油香味 懷疑係求其攞啲泰國辣醬撈一撈啲金邊粉 啲粉真係好濕-.-冬陰功海鮮部隊鍋 6/10個湯幾濃稠 加咗生蛋黃呢樣加分 但係啲味完全唔出 香又唔算好香 辣又得少少 酸又得少少 就係普普通通嘅冬陰功湯 不過海鮮都幾多 有蝦青口魷魚帶子👌🏻鐵板蠔餅 7/10勝在份量夠 好大份 蠔份量都夠多但係太多炸粉了 食少少已經覺得油膩總結：可以食但係唔值得排要等咁耐都要啲嘢食worth the wait㗎嘛唔算難食嘅 不過唔會有下次(◐‿◑)
