兩星期前訂咗一圍12人嘅套餐,網上過數落訂,WhatsApp 收到按金紙,一切順利。今晚嚟到,經理、侍應、食物都唔錯,心諗又冇網上所講服務咁差啫。點知,行出去埋單,個阿姐😡一開口已經臭串語氣,我同佢講枱號埋單,佢話:我地冇呢張枱號;我邊指住枱嘅方向,邊形容佢知叫咗咩套餐,其實張枱位置只係喺收銀處隔離第三張枱,而果邊只有我地一圍12人枱,其餘都係啲二人枱,但佢望都唔望,就叫我返去睇清楚枱號。(我心諗咩態度呀)我行返去攞個座枱牌比佢睇,確實我冇講錯枱號,但佢都話冇呢張單,要我再行多次攞張套餐紙佢睇先查到🤬之後叫我比張按金單佢,我邊答話WhatsApp 度,一邊就開個WhatsApp 佢睇,條友又係望都唔望吓個電話,就好串咁話:「吓!睇相!」二話不說叫個經理過嚟話我而家咁嘅情況;個經理嚟到話佢知啲網上按金紙本佢地存嘅位置,搞咗10分鐘先埋到張單,仲要一直受氣,我心諗呢條連自己間鋪點運作都唔知,學咩人做揸fit人;客人嚟幫襯,你就當人嚟乞食咁,如果唔係靠你班員工,而你咁嘅態度,聽執笠啦!
