To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本呢個鋪位係中菜,雖然都係稻香旗下,可惜抵不過疫情轉型為平民路線既稻香茶居,佢地午市做緊所有點心都係小點價錢,即係廿蚊咋,非常適合一班同事黎聚餐。 三式腸(蝦、牛、叉燒)好鍾意呢種咁有彈性既菜單設計,可以令人一次試到幾款腸粉。論味道蝦最好,叉燒已經失咗甜味,牛肉比較鬆散。 .鯪魚球灼西生菜鯪魚球有鮮味無碎骨,味道較一般小食店為佳 .七味豆腐除咗點心外,小食大部份都係40蚊,但份量唔細,豆腐炸得外脆內嫩,惹味非常,不由自主咁食咗好多粒。 懷舊滑雞春卷近來食開春卷都係蒜香蝦,都偏重口味,滑雞春卷食落冇咁heavy,但係似放咗廚房一陣先拎出黎,外皮已經軟化咗d 香滑奶皇包粉味比較重,奶味唔夠香,唔值得試。 蠔皇鮮竹卷蒸得過咗火喉,成pat野咁,口感欠缺,入面餡料都食唔出咩特別惹味。 功夫小籠包色香味都唔錯,食時仲有肉汁,不愧功夫之名。 .醬皇金錢肚金錢肚其實係牛肚,因為紋路似銅錢所以叫金錢肚,蒸得熟透夠軟爛吸汁,醬汁味道完全入哂,咬落冇渣有嚼勁。 .美極日本紅鮮魷魷魚仲算爽口彈牙,醬汁有助吊出少少既鮮味,份量幾足。
