To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早3日去落定因為留房二桌。(picture indicated the order I place) 去到才說每桌最低消費6千。本來就是來食特色菜又不是鮑蓼那些。所以當然坐大堂了事。先定 2 牛面飯,15龍下 dumpling ,15焗鍋牛,9 河葉飯,4煲湯,2支雞。當天早了15分鐘7:15 到。親友遲了。所以7:45分鐘叫起。但等了半小時才說湯煲壞了。要改其它湯。擺明賣了給別人或沒留。之後8:30分鐘才有湯。再上是青菜一蝶。我心想你是一星究竟是假一星還是人多就做不出一星的服務?最後過8:50分鐘才再上菜。而前菜是最後才上。結果那餐飯從定台的7:30 到10:00才完成。食物也沒一星的水平。12分失望。
