琴晚去左銅鑼灣,想食意大利粉就去左involtini ltalian cuisine🍝主打手製意粉,侍應都好好有介紹到daily special,第一次都係叫左皇牌carbonara 好耐無試過蛋黃味咁濃的carbonara!! 係蛋黃味,一般街外邊着重忌廉味,因為要將蛋黃同忌廉完美融合,需要係煮的時候好小心處理溫度,熱多小小就會結塊,無左咁香濃的質感海鮮意大利雲吞配上烏魚子,簡直係錦上添花不得不提個蟹餅,啖啖蟹肉旁邊係櫻花蝦粉,好睇又好食,仲好味過我係州際食!兩個人食左7百幾,但咁高質素個人絕對覺得係抵!
