今日約咗中學老師同同學食午餐,梗係要精挑細選間餐廳啦,俾我搵到尖沙咀有一間上海菜,地點夠晒方便,而且環境仲好舒服,啱晒聚餐家鄉熏魚熏魚係經油炸再在醬汁裡浸泡,上菜時大約常温狀態,熏魚肉質比較實,外面吸滿濃郁既漿汁,飽滿多汁,喜歡重口味既朋友一定鍾意油炆小竹筍呢個真係必食推薦!!用人手撕既小竹筍仲要咁幼細真心係花工夫,而且脆嫩爽口,處理得非常好,越嚼越有筍香蜜汁火方火方其實係指火腿,鹹香既火腿用蜜汁包住,拎一片鬆軟既包皮夾上去芯蓮子、習腐皮同火方,口感層次更豐富,小巧精緻,但一試難忘小籠包🥟小籠包即叫即蒸,上枱既時候每個小籠包都好飽滿,一咬開湯汁爆哂出嚟,勁鮮甜,肉好新鮮,配合埋醋一齊食真係好正🤩滬式紅燒肉🐷上海名菜點少得紅燒肉,唔係唔食呀嘛🤣一層肥一層瘦,入口鬆化,肥而不膩,連個紅燒肉汁都相得出色,下面既小棠菜將個汁索晒,一d都冇浪費,好聰明嘅做法👍🏻水煮魚🐟佢既魚肉係用龍脷去做,完全可以避免埋幼細既魚骨,啖啖肉,可以放心食,入面既配菜都唔少,有雲耳、萵筍、芽菜等,另一個特別嘅地方佢係用粉皮唔係薯粉,更加好食😋高力豆沙🫘甜品梗係要食一啲自己比較難整嘅嘢啦,高力豆沙係將蛋白打到企身再加入

高力豆沙🫘
甜品梗係要食一啲自己比較難整嘅嘢啦,高力豆沙係將蛋白打到企身再加入豆沙做內餡,再油炸而成,面層灑上薄薄嘅糖霜,外層入口柔軟細嫩 , 入邊嘅豆沙唔會好甜,而且又唔會好大粒,做飯後甜品剛剛好

酒釀丸子🍡
呢一個丸子做得好Q彈,食得出係人手搓出黎,而且仲見到粒粒糯米,而且唔會好甜,不過我覺得酒味再重一d會更正😝
