在筲箕灣、紅磡都有分店的燒烤堂,最近在銅鑼灣插旗,除了主打的手工串燒及海鮮之外,更加入多項多國菜式,要試一試先來一份孜然香系列的蒜蓉茄子燒好的茄子鋪滿了蒜蓉,味淡的茄子和濃味的蒜蓉果然是絕搭餐廳推介的居酒屋串物,軟骨免治鷄肉釀冬菇,雞肉與軟骨碎拌勻,軟綿綿同時有咬口鹽燒開邊雞中翼上枱時已聞到香噴噴,食落皮脆內軟汁燒魷魚鬚有焦香,燒汁甜甜第一次品嚐鹽燒萵筍,爽爽脆脆的口感真好吃估不到日式居酒屋會有韓式地道家庭料理生菜包,附生菜、泡菜、甘荀條、青瓜條、蒜片及青椒片! 黑毛豬的肉質吃起來是甜的,帶有點Q勁有一系列的麻辣菜式,麻辣炒鴨舌味道辛辣刺激麻辣墨魚咀彈牙爽口,吃起來有嚼勁麻辣鷄翼的「麻 」及「 辣 」 恰到好處,兩種味道平衡得很好麻辣雞軟骨香口之餘又爽脆麻辣海鮮燒系列內的麻辣蒜茸燒廣島蠔脹卜卜,豐厚肥美,蠔味非常濃郁、非常香居酒屋又怎少得主角清酒呢?點了一瓶獺祭45純米大吟釀熱飲,店家還專業地詢問清楚我們要多少溫度呢
