To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好友聚會人多多,最岩食中菜一齊分享,今次食潮州菜,特別在較多手工菜式,都是廚師精心製作。最令我期待的是甜品-反沙芋。先來一杯功夫茶,細細一杯,茶甘味重。雞絲水晶粉皮 $98雞絲嫩滑夾著爽脆青瓜絲,還有順滑有彈性的水晶粉皮,粉皮特別薄身切段方便進食。麻醬滑身濃香,加了芝麻更加香。滷水鵝片 $198滷水汁唔會好咸,鵝片滷得夠入味,咬落好有肉香又唔膩,質感淋彈之間,越咬越出味,而且冇渣。杏汁白肺湯 $168杏汁味好濃郁又滑,飲完香味久久不散又潤喉,白肺沖得夠乾淨好花時間,心機菜特別好味。白肺淋滑筋位少,唔使沾醬油已經好好食。飲完好滋補潤肺又養顏。潮陽炸雙棗 $120分別是蝦棗及蟹棗,兩者都用料十足,蟹肉一絲絲,質感偏淋有鮮味,外脆內軟夠哂熱辣辣。蝦棗彈牙爽口,蝦味突出,有一粒燈蝦肉,比較喜歡呢款,必點小食。寸金紹菜包$240,用紹菜包著蝦肉、冬菇、豬肉等材料,煮法簡單健康,味道清淡微咸。食得太多肉,點呢款菜最岩,菜吸收肉類同海鮮的鮮味,令紹菜更清甜。豆醬龍崗雞煲 $168/半隻, 由於多人食所以叫一隻。不過好大隻份量頗多。肉質肥美嫩滑,雞皮偏厚脂肪多,所以黃油亦多,加上豆醬燜煮特別香,而且不
