平時出街食飯湯水都冇啖,最近我就想飲番碗靚湯。今次去到瑞生尖沙咀酒店3樓打下邊爐,餐廳出名多湯底可以選擇,淨係手工湯底都有8款,好難揀呀。火焰三椰雞鍋 $328店員首先會用乾鍋形式炒香雞肉、椰子肉和紅蘿蔔,待半炒熟之後就會加入料酒,然後再用火槍點燃,瞬間聞到陣陣酒香。最後會倒入新鮮嘅椰子汁做湯底,咁就完成今次嘅椰子雞湯㗎啦。湯底清澈又冇乜油分,充滿椰香味又有雞湯濃郁嘅味道。美國安格斯牛肉 $268顏色夠鮮紅又油花分明,湪個十分鐘就食得,夠哂油香。香煎鵝肝墨魚丸 $68墨魚丸好有彈性,入面仲有鵝肝嘅油香味道。手打鹹蛋黃蝦丸 $52咸香嘅鹹蛋黃加入蝦丸入邊,鮮中帶咸都好過癮。除此之外仲有多款小食例如老友鬼鬼和風沙粟米,都值得一試。
