Restaurant: RaRe Restaurant (Lyndhurst Terrace)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚參觀完由前警察總部改建既大館走到附近的擺花街搵食之際見到 RaRe紅館二話不說就行入去問有無位唔好睇店面細細其實內有乾坤除左地舖吧台之外樓下仲有一層我地跟隨待應走到地下就座之後就點了一份五成熟既羊扒同波士頓龍蝦自家手制闊條麵剩係睇相我都回味無窮羊扒煮得岩岩好唔會過生唔會過熟口感一流龍蝦手制闊條麵龍蝦份量都唔少闊條麵QQ的好鮮味餐廳好滿座雖然人多但不致於好逼就咁睇大部分人客都會點呢兩款食物下次有機會不妨過黎試下
