Seasonal fruitBartender 話啲水果會由佢地親手係果欄挑選,務求係最時令和新鮮。佢哋會鮮榨水果,唔係用水果糖水呢啲hea材料,食到新鮮果肉。SHIZUOKA MELON有酵母的味,除咗哈密瓜、仲有西柚、青檸等香氣,好適合夏天的cocktail~另一杯係芒果味,menu 上未有,係今期的新品。呢杯好易入口,好似食緊芒果糯米飯咁,有啲米香,芒果味突出,酸甜開胃。Tailored made cocktailBartender會根據客人嘅心情或者想要嘅感覺,調製出專屬嘅Cocktail。今次Bartender就為我地特製咗2杯加入咗茶嘅cocktail。一杯用咗日本嘅焙茶,另一杯就用咗印度嘅大吉嶺茶,而且會即場烘焙茶葉,令茶葉嘅香味更加濃郁。用咗大吉檸茶嗰杯飲落有啲似茶餐廳嘅檸茶味道偏酸,而另一杯焙茶味道更加甘醇香甜。
