To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇記錯嘅話呢間應該係第一間鋪頭，嗰陣時讀小學嘅時候佢啱啱開，到而家依然係嗰幾位姐姐，一手一腳包餃子、經營。都算係陪我長大嘅一間地道鋪頭，識咁多次都食得出佢嘅人情味，我最鍾意嘅就係出面好少有得食嘅番薯苗餃配上海麵。不過鋪頭比較逼夾，所以我通常都係鍾意買外賣返屋企食，感覺舒服啲又企理啲。佢啲餃子菜多肉少，食完唔會覺得好膩，而個清湯，飲得出係冇味精嘅，淡淡地好健康。仲有一個推介，呢度個麻醬拌麵，都做得好出色，呢醬撈得好均勻，再配埋青瓜絲，真係幾正㗎 ，你見我完全唔記得相機食先就知啦🙈😂
