傳統手工點心🤔🤔最近突然心血來潮想飲茶,見到有人推介呢間手工點心,當日weekend遲左起身仲驚會好多人排隊食唔到,好彩等左一陣就入得😆我地叫左👇🏻💛 蟹子燒賣皇 $33見到有好多創新口味既燒賣,但穩陣起見都係食返最普通呢隻🤭就咁望就比酒樓平時d燒賣細粒,但勝在入面唔算太多肥油,蝦既比例都幾多,味道唔錯😚💛 鮮蝦菜苗餃 $30呢個真係皮薄餡靚❣️個水晶皮好薄,略帶咬口,仲有d彈性,口感唔錯🤣🤣入面好多菠菜,有用蒜蓉炒過好香,波菜都好新鮮,食落好爽口👍🏻💛 鮮蝦春卷 $28呢個就稍微無前面兩個咁好食,個底全部都係油😑 超級唔乾身,就算本身算脆都扣返分,雖然入面d蝦肉都幾新鮮,但分佈太唔平均,得半條有蝦,另一半全部都係菜同紅蘿蔔🫥💛 雪山叉燒包 $26呢個個底都係好油🥲🥲雪山面比較少,但都脆身,比較特別係入面真係有一舊舊叉燒,唔會太碎或者得一堆醬☺️💛 養顏薑汁糕 $26呢個層次非常分明,有成11層,絕對係誠意之作❣️🙌🏻味道方面唔算太甜,口感煙韌,極度夠薑,鍾意食辣既人應該會幾鍾意食🫡💛 金牌咖哩土魷 $38咖哩係傳統港式咖哩,夠香偏甜唔辣,土魷大大件,口感彈牙,仲有兩舊麵筋,索晒咖哩汁好邪惡

💛 蟹子燒賣皇 $33
見到有好多創新口味既燒賣,但穩陣起見都係食返最普通呢隻🤭
就咁望就比酒樓平時d燒賣細粒,但勝在入面唔算太多肥油,蝦既比例都幾多,味道唔錯😚

💛 鮮蝦菜苗餃 $30
呢個真係皮薄餡靚❣️個水晶皮好薄,略帶咬口,仲有d彈性,口感唔錯🤣🤣

入面好多菠菜,有用蒜蓉炒過好香,波菜都好新鮮,食落好爽口👍🏻

💛 鮮蝦春卷 $28
呢個就稍微無前面兩個咁好食,個底全部都係油😑 超級唔乾身,就算本身算脆都扣返分,雖然入面d蝦肉都幾新鮮,但分佈太唔平均,得半條有蝦,另一半全部都係菜同紅蘿蔔🫥

呢個個底都係好油🥲🥲
雪山面比較少,但都脆身,比較特別係入面真係有一舊舊叉燒,唔會太碎或者得一堆醬☺️

overall黎講食物算中上,住附近既可以試下,專登去就會覺得有d普通,同平時茶樓差唔多😂

環境方面就比較迫,檯同檯無咩空間,基本上好難傾到計因為附近係環迴立體聲咁😖😖
上菜都幾混亂,樓面姐姐基本上每上一樣野都問有無叫,如果附近幾檯都叫同一樣野就會好亂😵‍💫😵‍💫
然後重點係d碗碟全部都好油,好似無洗過咁,誇張到已經自己洗完d野都仲見到杯茶上面飄浮既油好似碗湯咁,諗起都想嘔🤢🤢

味道:8/10 (衛生:0/10)
性價比:7/10
