今天和家人第一次耒吃,叉燒腸粉極差,叉燒很瘦很乾又實又鞋,似陳年瘦肉。叉燒包的饀沒有汁,每咬一啖衹是鞋口叉燒肉,同麵粉皮,冇汁,完全分開,極失望。棉花雞,蝦餃一般般。點心師傅吾合格喎!大茶壺的所謂茶沒有味道,用耒洗碗筷就適合了。吃點心却沒有中式酒樓的傳統有耳茶壺,又要扣分吧。坐的位置常常有烏蠅飛耒飛去,不會再幫襯了。由於有期望,看到有好評才突登耒吃,非常失望,而且價錢不太便宜,但却那麼難吃,真是貼錢買難受。

最後的甜點就叫了「徐記甘露」($25)。這在冰粉上加了黑糖、花生碎、芝麻、提子乾等材料的甜品,冰冰涼涼甜甜的,不過又不會很甜,而且口感非常豐富。這解辣佳品,吸過辣東西後吃固然甚好,就算沒有吃過辣菜,以之作為餐後甜品,也相當不錯呢!

送屋企人搭直通車,先發現原來太子呢邊開左好多點心舖,呢間係朋友話好食,今日又唔算太餓,叫左少少試下。價錢都相宜。小見用mug做茶杯雪山叉燒飽- $28 叉燒包夠熱,咬落口軟林林,本身包都甜甜地,再加埋咸咸既叉燒,唔會太重味,唔會搶左包既味,好balance. 個雪山仲唔會一咬開就散晒,有功夫。煎釀虎皮尖椒 - $32即叫即煎嘅虎皮尖椒,上倒枱熱辣辣,咬開好juicy, 尖椒都幾辣,不過岩我口味,好惹味,入面釀既魚蓉唔會太多,好有口感。店員仲加左少少甜豉油,味道提升。黃金魚餅 - $36 個皮超級脆,食落口真係會卜一聲,好香口,入面魚漿不會太厚,同時食到彈牙口感,仲混入左香蔥加持,推薦!翠緑叉燒腸 - $35 叉燒腸好特別,第一次食入面有生菜既,叉燒係瘦瘦地,比較有咬口,生菜好fresh, 而腸粉外皮都非常簿,又滑溜。養顏薑汁糕 - $29千層糕黎,好用心既制作。食落口薑味十足,好暖胃,又煙韌但唔會痴牙。

好耐無去飲茶食點心,最近放學經過【徐記廚房點心】見難得唔使等位就去試下。店内位置唔算多,所以好大機會食飯時間要等位。徐記主打手工點心,即叫即蒸,所以超級新鮮。 鮮蝦菜苗餃、蟹子燒賣皇、北菇棉花鷄、養顔薑汁糕、徐記甘露 鮮蝦菜苗餃:一隻餃入面有幾隻大大隻既蝦,菠菜苗都好爽脆。超級彈牙爽口。 蟹子燒賣皇:都係同出面好唔同,肉質緊實、蝦彈牙,唔會好重味,非常不錯。 北菇棉花鷄:鷄肉唔會“拉“到D肉鬆曬,但好滑、棉花吸曬D精華,好正。 養顔薑汁糕:薑汁味超級濃,會覺得少少辣,但係完全唔甜。 徐記甘露:有D似冰粉,冰冰涼涼,食完熱野好perfect。
