The point kitchen 完全唔陌生,同朋友食過好幾次,今日同女友經過見唔洗等位又諗唔到食咩就入左去。佢最出名莫過於啲pasta,大部分都係手打,之前食過記得唔錯,所以今次都叫左個海鮮貓耳朵意粉、仲有個紅酒慢煮牛膝、最後叫埋個焦糖apple tart甜品作結。海鮮貓耳朵意粉4.5/5⭐️海鮮貓耳朵意粉、個貓耳朵意粉真係好有意式風味,好煙韌,煮得啱啱好,個意粉芯仲有少少少硬,雖然未必好多人鐘意,但咁先係真正既意大利煮法。個海鮮汁都好豐富,有少少龍蝦湯既味,連埋意粉一齊食好夾,掛哂汁既意粉真係冇得輸,好味,大推😋紅酒慢煮牛膝4.1/5⭐️紅酒慢煮牛膝,呢個等左大約30分鐘,因為慢煮關係。比想像中大碟,有兩大舊牛膝,入面仲有牛骨髓,好肥美香口,連埋啲粟米蓉一齊食,好味😋。不過啲肉就偏韌,可能偏瘦,所以慢煮都冇令到啲肉soft啲,但整體都唔錯,可一試。焦糖apple tart3.9/5⭐️因為個紅酒慢煮牛膝份量好足,所以最後只係叫左個焦糖apple tart作結。等左大約10分鐘,上枱時熱辣辣,味道還可以,但唔算有驚喜,我自己比較喜歡重玉桂味既apple tart,呢個就一般,但都可一試,

因為個紅酒慢煮牛膝份量好足,所以最後只係叫左個焦糖apple tart作結。等左大約10分鐘,上枱時熱辣辣,味道還可以,但唔算有驚喜,我自己比較喜歡重玉桂味既apple tart,呢個就一般,但都可一試,可能唔好玉桂味既人反而會有驚喜。
