KT區食Burger 我有兩個options,其中一間係佢 —— 一入口就見到大大個「包山」嘅保家山。記憶中餐廳喺同區嚟講位穩陣腳都好多年,質素一向穩定有保證。Burger 正常size,賣相好低調冇咩好爆嘅visual impact,望落係好平凡但回頭率高嘅主要原因係個 #手工牛肉漢堡!大概一吋左右嘅厚度,表層微焦將肉汁緊鎖,大啖咬落先爆破而出,內層仲keep到七成熟左右嘅粉嫩色澤!另外比較冷門嘅 #蔥香紐西蘭羊肉漢堡 一樣都juicy!用蔥爆香嘅羊肉每一片都滴緊汁,夾入漢堡食有啲似食緊Kebab咁,稍一不慎就成手係羊肉肉汁,大家拎定紙巾穩陣。

另外比較冷門嘅 #蔥香紐西蘭羊肉漢堡 一樣都juicy!用蔥爆香嘅羊肉每一片都滴緊汁,夾入漢堡食有啲似食緊Kebab咁,稍一不慎就成手係羊肉肉汁,大家拎定紙巾穩陣。
