如果連駱駝漆中心的工廈食肆也被肅清, 受益的也許是那些連鎖劣食, 作為第二個中央商業區的觀塘及九龍東, 連像樣的美食也沒有, 那還配得上中央商業區這名字嗎. 工廈食肆除了提供更便宜午市的選擇, 也提供世界各國更多元化的菜式, 像是出色的手工漢堡包, 除了The Cool Cosuins外, 保家山也是在哪裏印象深刻的一家.這裡的漢堡包以醬汁為命名方法, 像是我吃的”葵”, 不是來自葵涌, 而是有山葵醬汁, 山葵辛辣配以微微酸味, 中和和牛漢堡扒的油膩. 手打和牛漢堡扒油香和肉汁豐富, 沒有筋口感腍軟而中間有空氣感, 不會死實, 麵包水準就一般, 有點死實, 吸汁力一般. 薯條外皮香脆挺實, 有現在少見的皮肉分離, 雞翼沒有雪味, 水準正常, 整體不錯, 吃得飽也滿足.The hamburger of Burger Saan is named after the sauce it uses. For example, the "Kui" burger I had does not come from Kwai Chung; instead, it has wasabi sauce. The spicy and slightly sour taste of wasabi complements the greasiness of the Wagyu beef patty. The handmade Wagyu beef patty is fragrant with oil and rich in juices. It is tender without being too chewy and has a light, airy texture in the middle, avoiding a dense texture. The bread is average, slightly dense, and has moderate juice absorption. The fries have a crispy and firm outer layer, with a separation between the skin and the flesh that is not commonly seen nowadays. 觀塘 保家山今日去觀塘食咗一間手工漢堡,門口寫住burger山,入到去收銀就會見到座用漢堡包代替平安包做嘅長洲搶包山,好得意。老闆話佢細細個食漢堡包都會好開心,但係來來去去都係得啲大牌子,佢希望創造有香港特色嘅漢堡包,所以就創立左burger山。「山」手工和牛漢堡(港式醬汁)$98既然話舖頭係有香港特色,我就叫咗個港式醬汁和牛漢堡,個包超級厚,港式醬汁係有微酸,比起一般嘅漢堡醬汁特別,牛肉亦都相當之重嘅牛肉味,咬落去相當Juicy,高質過連鎖漢堡好多倍。紫菜薯條+$4呢度嘅薯條係即炸極之香脆,而且仲有相當多嘅紫菜碎,紫菜味非常之突出。卡邦尼培根蛋麵 配沙律及餐湯 $98雖然係間漢堡包店,但係呢度嘅意粉都做得好出色,個卡邦尼醬汁相當之重芝士味,而且每條麵都好掛汁。配埋柚子汁嘅沙律。另外餐湯係粟米湯,粟米嘅香味相當之濃郁。無糖蜜桃茶 +$8食漢堡包可以唔飲汽水,無糖蜜桃茶有淡淡的蜜桃香味,食完漢堡包飲非常之解膩。 continue reading

近排成日都想食漢堡包,咁啱有一個朋友係漢堡包迷,就話佢極力推介觀塘呢間,會話質素不但好高,原主創辦嘅理念令到佢好感動。佢同我講話餐廳名背後嘅原因,其實inspiration來自長洲搶包山,不過由平安包轉成漢堡包,因為細個嘅時候每次食漢堡包都會好開心,但以前細個得嗰幾間大型牌子嘅漢堡包店出名,所以長大咗就想做一啲有香港特色同風味嘅漢堡包店,玩具話,呢間餐廳嘅漢堡包加入咗好多香港文化元素!我今次叫左個"山"手工和牛漢堡(港式醬汁) $98配埋紫菜薯條。個和牛漢堡煎得非常之好,仲要鎖住好多肉汁,連個包都好講究,外面脆,但係個包入邊keep住軟熟,最後加埋個微辣港式醬汁超好味。另外薯條超級酥脆,勁好食。正當我以為我朋友都會叫漢堡嘅時候,佢竟然要咗佢嘅鮮蟹肉牛油果意粉配粟米忌廉湯及沙律 $118。後來我朋友解釋話呢到其實唔單止漢堡好食,連麵都好出色,所以叫埋俾我一齊分享。牛油果意粉超級creamy,沙律醬亦都唔好清新,個湯好濃郁同埋好香粟米味。 continue reading

近年越來越多香港人喜愛吃漢堡包,令許多特色漢堡包店亦應運而生。小時候的我亦很喜歡到麥當勞吃漢堡包,長大後吃厭了集團式的出品,便開始四出搜尋好吃又具特色的漢堡包店。而觀塘的保家山便是其中一間具有個人特色,食物水準高的漢堡包店。初時聽到店名,第一時間便想起長洲的搶包山。經查證後才發現店名理念真是源自搶包山,只是平安包變成了漢堡包。創辦人希望創造香港獨有的漢堡包味道,加入香港文化元素而創立了保家山。先講返食物質素,今次我和朋友選了葵和牛漢堡套餐及卡邦尼意粉套餐。葵手工和牛漢堡肉汁juicy,包底烘得香脆,配合蕃茄,洋蔥,生菜及山葵醬汁,美味可口,不是坊間一般集團式的貨色。跟餐的紫菜薯條炸得香脆可口,混入了紫菜的薯條比起一般普通薯條更為惹味。卡邦尼意粉份量十足,白汁及煙肉充滿整盒意粉,令意粉口感creamy,想不到跟餐的粟米湯味道亦不俗,湯內充滿粟米粒粒,令湯甜甜有咬口。假如你是漢堡包fans,便應該到此店一嚐特色漢堡。 continue reading
