To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去咗間講名仲有手打技巧嘅烏冬店,感覺好興奮👀!餐牌唔多但每樣都勁引誘我。特登揀咗兩樣明星菜:炸蠔鰹魚湯烏冬同埋豬軟骨蕃茄湯烏冬。炸蠔香脆得嚟又唔油膩,微微嘅海味好夾鰹魚湯底,湯底鮮味得滯,啖啖清新,令烏冬麵條顯得更滑溜,啱晒愛靜態嘅朋友。講起豬軟骨蕃茄湯,呢個就豐富啲,蕃茄湯甜甜地,帶咗啲天然嘅酸,一啖軟骨入口即溶,瞬間融化咗喺舌尖嘅感覺真係正🍅!但同桌友嘅火炙餐就有啲咸濕,啲魚肉少咗新鮮感,概念好得哂,執行上就爛嗮節,都幾唔掂。總括嚟講,啲烏冬令人回味,特別係個湯底,咁標誌性,好似去咗日本咁。下次再來,我就知點揀喇!雖然有失望嘅時刻,不過呢家店嘅招牌烏冬真係嗌得過,百分百推介!👍
