芽莊可以話係香港開咗好多年,都算有品質既越南菜。今次同友人黎到,兩個都嗌咗湯河,一個係燒牛肉,另一個就係手打牛丸。燒牛肉都幾淋,肉質幾嫩,不過我覺得燒得唔夠香,如果啲牛係炭燒會正啲。就咁睇燒牛肉配既粉就有啲清,如果加下啲配菜或者幾塊葉係粉上面會吸引啲。個手打牛丸粉,大大粒有牛丸五粒,而且好驚喜地牛丸真係好好食,咬落重牛味加好juicy,好多地方都標榜手打牛丸,但真係手打又多汁又重牛味唔係間間有。我對呢個手打牛丸粉相當滿意,下次黎會再encore!
