To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舊年經過已經見到呢間餐廳,難得大埔有間扒房,諗住入去試吓。但咁啱週末,爆晒棚,冇得食,心諗遲啲一定要再嚟試。上星期放工突然想食餐好,自己一丁友行吓行吓嚟到呢度,決定去會下佢。入到去冇人,諗住可能因為係平日所以先至冇乜客。見佢專做扒,價錢又唔平,心裡面有啲期望😋。我揀咗Prime Black Angus Ribeye,$138/100g,扒重+/-300g。配菜可以揀兩款,我要咗大啡菇同埋薯仔,另外叫咗杯紅酒。落完單冇幾耐,侍應拎塊扒黎俾我睇, confirm係300g。我見到塊扒就已經覺得伏伏地,因為完全見唔到油花咁。隔咗一陣個扒嚟到,一切落去,一如所料,好實😫!除咗因為冇乜脂肪,亦都因為我叫五成熟,但佢起碼七成,亦唔覺得有牛香味。大啡菇、薯仔、紅酒就正常。但呢度係扒房,配菜好食到識飛都冇用。埋單差不多$500 ,咁嘅質素完全overpriced!! 侍應問我覺得如何,我話太熟,佢先至話下次有咁嘅情況,可以同佢哋講,佢哋會煎過一塊俾我。其實佢呢番說話,係咪應該喺客人落單嘅時候講呢?況且一間專做牛扒嘅扒房,應該對控制牛扒嘅生熟度好有經驗,完全唔應該係咁。所以一定冇下次!🙅🏻‍♀️
