To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

請廚房用扒爐時睇下個爐需唔需要清潔下先⋯第一碗D豬前後都有好多扒爐燒左唔知幾多轉而冇清潔好而留底既黑色渣唔止我碗係咁 我隔籬枱個碗都係咁同第一碗個條蘆筍真係好黑 基本上360°都係黑既熟還熟唔洗燒到黑晒既⋯圖係重新送黎個碗 好過第一碗好多拎返黎個個侍應就咁放底碗野就走左唔好意思都冇句⋯
