今日嚟到呢間‘新四眼佬打冷’食晚飯,好耐無去過保持舊式風味嘅打冷鋪,兩個人叫左三樣菜,三樣都好好食,首先叫左個雞煲,佢用gas 爐陶瓷煲,入味啲同埋煲到咁上下可以勁細火或熄火都保到溫。叫左小辣,好多料,我諗因為果到好近街市,啲配菜料都好新鮮,食到咁上下啲人慢慢入嚟,話咁快坐滿人。雞煲大幾兩百幾半隻雞。跟住叫左個鵝片,啲鵝片用花生墊住,一片片好深色,應該用左啲鹵水葉過先上碟。鵝片肥瘦平均,食落口啲鹵水汁標出嚟,一定要立即叫個飯撈汁食。呢個我點嘅菜所以記得係$108 。最後叫左豉炒蜆,獲氣一定打冷先有,佢地用配料一啲都唔孤寒,豆豉、莞茜,蒜蓉,近街市係唔同啲。約$7x-$8x ,我覺得今餐好滿足😆📍 新四眼佬打冷小廚 (葵芳)葵芳榮芳路97-111號地舖

跟住叫左個鵝片,啲鵝片用花生墊住,一片片好深色,應該用左啲鹵水葉過先上碟。鵝片肥瘦平均,食落口啲鹵水汁標出嚟,一定要立即叫個飯撈汁食。呢個我點嘅菜所以記得係$108 。
