之前路過接到邊間四眼佬嘅宣傳單,返去一睇好吸引,所以今日就同朋友過咗去食,最吸引我哋嘅就係呢個鮮蜆花甲粉,佢畀我哋平時食嘅花甲粉會有分別,平時食嘅花甲粉係蒜蓉居多,呢個好似日版嘅花甲粉咁樣,蒜味唔多,然之後會食到有淡忌廉嗰啲味,可能個湯底就係用日式嗰啲忌廉湯底啩,個份量都好多好足,可以講佢係日版嘅花甲粉,同朋友一人叫咗一個,然之後再叫多兩個小食,就係佢嘅蜜糖雞翼,同埋爽滑魚皮,呢兩個都好好食,個蜜糖雞翼個皮好脆,蜜糖都好多,甜甜地,啲皮好脆再加上佢放咗黑椒粒,食落去都好野味,爽滑魚皮好爽脆,魚皮都好厚,因為切絲再拌有其他嗰啲蔥蒜、西芹嗰啲,個口感都好清爽,啲花生碎都好香,下次可以試下夜晚過嚟,應該又係一間唔錯嘅店

今晚約了葵芳的朋友一齊食飯聚下舊,揀了榮芳路的新四眼佬打冷。餐廳門口見到有大大隻的鹵水鵝及鹵水墨魚好吸引,座位都很寬敞,坐得舒適。menu有打冷、小菜及海鮮,都頗多選擇。招牌滷水鵝$118招牌滷水鵝是下裝,一整隻的鵝髀,廚師切得比較大件,滷得也夠入味,滷水鵝頗厚肉的,肥美又油香,又有鵝味。底下還有很多芽菜及滷豆腐,芽菜爽口,滷豆腐也都很入味。方魚蠔仔粥$60裏面的蠔仔需然細細粒,不過肥嘟嘟的,食落都好鮮甜,加上有肉碎、方魚及芫茜,整個粥都頗清甜的。韭菜蜆肉$55韭菜蜆肉加入到方魚蠔仔粥裏面,令本身已較為清甜的方魚蠔仔粥更加鮮甜。蒜蓉炒白菜仔$78 現在的人都食得比較健康,有菜有肉的,我也如是,所以要了一個蒜蓉炒白菜仔,白菜仔炒得好香蒜蓉味,很爽口,簡單的小炒,顯得出廚師的功架不錯呢。

今日嚟到呢間‘新四眼佬打冷’食晚飯,好耐無去過保持舊式風味嘅打冷鋪,兩個人叫左三樣菜,三樣都好好食,首先叫左個雞煲,佢用gas 爐陶瓷煲,入味啲同埋煲到咁上下可以勁細火或熄火都保到溫。叫左小辣,好多料,我諗因為果到好近街市,啲配菜料都好新鮮,食到咁上下啲人慢慢入嚟,話咁快坐滿人。雞煲大幾兩百幾半隻雞。跟住叫左個鵝片,啲鵝片用花生墊住,一片片好深色,應該用左啲鹵水葉過先上碟。鵝片肥瘦平均,食落口啲鹵水汁標出嚟,一定要立即叫個飯撈汁食。呢個我點嘅菜所以記得係$108 。最後叫左豉炒蜆,獲氣一定打冷先有,佢地用配料一啲都唔孤寒,豆豉、莞茜,蒜蓉,近街市係唔同啲。約$7x-$8x ,我覺得今餐好滿足😆📍 新四眼佬打冷小廚 (葵芳)葵芳榮芳路97-111號地舖

自從禁晚市又有限聚令之後都好耐冇食過大排檔啦,雖然新開張選擇唔多,不過午市都有提供啲鑊氣小炒,食少少止住癮先😎豉椒炒蜆 $99 出街食炒蜆最怕就係殼多過肉,呢到粒粒都交足貨👍🏻,蜆肉鮮甜大隻,大部分食落都冇咩沙,加埋指天椒吊味,豉汁更加香濃惹味😍椒鹽鮮魷 $99鮮魷炸得夠脆身,入口完全唔粉,而且肉厚爽脆,唔會過韌,椒鹽鹹香惹味😆咸菜胡椒豬肚雞湯 $88配飯、米粉、瀨粉或者烏冬,豬肚爽口彈牙冇腥味,雞件都幾多幾滑,湯頭清甜,胡椒味唔太突出,鐘意食辣可以再加胡椒粉調味😙送羅漢果茶,味道甘甜,算係易入口嘅涼茶🤪

椒鹽鮮魷 $99
鮮魷炸得夠脆身,入口完全唔粉,而且肉厚爽脆,唔會過韌,椒鹽鹹香惹味😆

咸菜胡椒豬肚雞湯 $88
配飯、米粉、瀨粉或者烏冬,豬肚爽口彈牙冇腥味,雞件都幾多幾滑,湯頭清甜,胡椒味唔太突出,鐘意食辣可以再加胡椒粉調味😙
