To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日聽人講慈雲山有三寶, 而其中一寶就係三記飯店。果日因為肚餓就早左到三記等,去到發現無咩人,原來因為佢淨係做晚市。坐低睇餐牌就即刻叫"打令"必叫既鹵水豬手同豬大腸,椒鹽九肚魚,芋頭炆臘鴨,琵琶豆腐,同埋點可以唔叫三記最出名既蠔餅!!等左一陣,食物好快就到,熱辣辣既蠔餅咬落去面餅同蠔既比例夾得岩岩好,一啖蠔一啖餅,蠔既香唔會比餅味掩蓋,兩者配合得天依無逄,難怪咁多人慕名而來.其他既菜都食得出佢地既美味.果然係慈雲山三寶,名不虛傳.
