香港地一堆潮洲打冷,之前喺屋企附近食左個好出名嘅潮洲打冷,亦都有好多人食,但食落啲招牌菜,例如鵝片,都強差人意。以後去親潮洲打冷,都帶點兒戒心。今次去食就叫返啲正正常常嘅菜式,嚟一個肉: 椒鹽鮮魷,同炸大腸,再喊多一個菜,腐乳通菜,喊多兩碗飯,差唔多應該夠我地三條友食。椒鹽鮮魷配炸大腸,基本上冇死,正正常常,大家都知道咩味,香脆可口,好處係炸大腸難得食到唔係好咸,感覺唔錯。腐乳通菜炒得略嫌鑊氣唔夠,好在有條菜夠新鮮搭救,不過不失。

椒鹽鮮魷配炸大腸,基本上冇死,正正常常,大家都知道咩味,香脆可口,好處係炸大腸難得食到唔係好咸,感覺唔錯。
