最近The One新開嘅西餐廳大受歡迎,除咗裝修華麗之外,菜式外形亦非常吸引,可以見到現場大部分都是女性打卡為主。趁閒日見openrice 有得訂位,就即刻book來試吓。中午有提供lunch set,亦有a la carte 可以選擇。龍蝦湯-干邑味突出,不過鹹咗少少。煎雞胸凱撒沙律-本來擔心雞胸會好嚡,不過意外地嫩,生菜亦都好新鮮爽脆。即開新鮮法國生蠔-Creamy清甜。本身menu有3個價錢選擇,不過今次只有一款蠔,不過侍應只係話法國嘅,冇講咩名。迷你海鮮拼盤-午餐加$68,抵食。香草牛油焗田螺-田螺肉唔算好肥,薯蓉偏鹹,香草牛油味濃郁。阿拉斯加蟹腳蟹肉香蒜忌廉扁意粉-蒜味香濃,蟹肉存在感較低。雖然係忌廉汁,不過調味上不會太膩。意粉煮嘅時間啱啱好,中間少少帶生。醬燒豬肋骨-唔算好大份,女士份量,非常入味,而家烤焗時間剛好,肉質唔會過柴,好容易就咬開。鴨肉雜莓班戟-令人非常好奇嘅鹹甜組合,手撕鴨肉香口入味,班戟亦煎到香甜柔軟,配搭酸甜嘅雜莓汁,開胃解膩。燒安格斯8安士西冷扒-上枱時雖然是完整的一塊牛扒,不過原來已經切好一塊塊,今次叫三成熟,熟度剛好,肉質嫩滑,不過有啲可惜是上面的蘑

招牌鮮波士頓龍蝦包-平時食開嘅龍蝦包多數是牛油汁調味,不過呢個菜式用沙律汁調味,比較清爽,龍蝦肉爽脆,麵包鬆軟。拌碟嘅薯條都非常出色,熱辣辣脆卜卜。
