To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為咗慶祝紀念日,去咗呢間打卡餐廳不過可能冇同佢講到我哋要慶祝,所以俾咗張好細嘅枱我哋叫咗個fleur lover 同埋牛角包布甸fleur lover嚟到嘅時候熱辣辣,但係見到toppings 少咗無花果,最後就同左餐廳啲人講叫佢哋加中間嗰個白色球體唔係雪糕,係忌廉,不過唔係好甜嗰個pancake 好厚,其實似蛋糕多啲,最底有啲藍莓醬整體來講就係好飽,正常一個女仔應該食唔晒,所以多啲人share 叫先好叫牛角包布甸份量都好大,唔會死甜,有牛角包香都幾好
