To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原來the mills 地下有呢間cafe, 第一次食,去到覺得d野食全部都好打卡able, 環境幾靚幾舒服。Avo lover: 牛油果🥑全部都係牛油果🥑,以為個底係脆脆米餅之類,點知左右兩舊只得少少魚,菜絲,三文魚粒(好細)另加大量牛油果🥑,好漏食到我唔想食芝士鍋:同事叫左個唔知咩芝士鍋,有餡喺裏面e.g.帶子,有包伴碟,可點芝士拉絲豬排黑炭三文治:勁巨!正常味但包切切下有d un 難切。食得耐覺得個口捐晒因朱排同包都硬Velvet latte: 原來係紅菜頭+奶,無咖啡既。但幾香甜薑黃latte:個人覺得有薑同少少咖喱味,好唔夾好怪另外同事叫左d soda 有粒圓冰裏面有朵食用花咁,幾靚咁囉….
