打完tennis一行4人去打邊爐，已經預早訂位，唔係要等好耐都唔定冬瓜豬骨湯底，一拎到嚟已經見到係奶白色，令人覺得係好正宗豬骨湯，味道濃郁叫了碟刺身，有2個唔食生嘅朋友都可以淥熟嚟食，象拔蚌肉質爽脆，好鮮甜，必食之選炸魚皮夠新鮮，好夠脆，又無隔夜油味，咁大碟好抵食本地肥牛，牛肉夠淋，油花平均，淥到半生熟啱啱好。牛味略嫌不足，不過脂肪搭救，入口即溶鬼馬油炸鬼好好味呀，本身炸過好香口，再浸落湯度索味，推介唐生菜同油墨菜都新鮮，味道就當然係正常啦仲有其他打邊爐配料，芝士腸、午餐肉、炸響鈴等高熱量但滋味嘅選擇個個食到超飽，本來話食甜品都食唔落，咁就散水，下次再食過
