To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大約十一點半入嚟餐廳，唔係好多人，可能未到其他人嘅放飯時間。裝修設計幾特別，有啲六角形點綴。餐廳周圍環境幾好，乾淨企理幾舒服。餐枱座位唔迫，幾闊落。午餐叫咗雞肉腩肉麻辣5小，湯夠熱，味道不過不失，冷檸茶用左紙吸管，唔記得叫小冰，飲幾啖就冇咗。11:40落單，大概11:55上餐，對香港大部份打工仔嘅一個鐘午餐時間嚟講，唔計等位時間，時間啱啱好。十分鐘行過嚟，點完餐等十五分鐘，食二十分鐘，再十分鐘行返去，仲有五分鐘可以走馬看花。
