To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有次去附近活動,然後友人說到這一間「紅橋餐廳」在大埔首先起家,現在太子這家是分店。因為沒有什麼心水,於是便去這間餐廳試試下午茶。平日很少機會吃蝦多士,由於不太肚餓,就叫個蝦多士拼薯角。蝦多士原來黑白雙殺,兩件黑芝麻、兩件白芝麻,黑芝麻的味道比較沉實,暗暗的有點香味,合符黑色的感覺;反而白芝麻,味道更加濃郁,更加搶,更加鮮明;下面的蝦膠,薄薄一層,下面的多士,由於不太厚,因此拿去炸過之後,難免會有點油膩。中間這一個調味醬是煉奶,令到蝦多士有點兒甜香,我覺得沒有這麼油膩,多士會易入口。凍檸茶味道較淡口,杯子好像沒有洗得乾淨,但未去到接受不了的程度,專程影這麼近的一幅「近照」,就是為了反映這杯凍檸茶,最頂上面的茶,還有少許油漬。不管你的裝潢有多麼文青,或是很有型格,經營餐廳,除了食物質素之外,最緊要的還是乾淨,清潔。
